Ordering Process
This page outlines the steps to take to pay by credit card or PayPal. If you want to pay by direct deposit instead, please email us (for our UK bank account details).
Once you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions on the 'Buy Barcodes' page you will be directed to our online Shop. From there...
1. Click on 'Buy Now'
Click on either the Buy Now or Add to Cart button to the right of the item that you want.
The 'Buy Now' button will direct you straight to the PayPal payment page.
The 'Add to Cart' button will direct you to your PayPal shopping cart & give you the option of whether to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'. Click 'Proceed to Checkout' to be taken straight to the PayPal payment page.

2. Choose your Method of Payment
a. PayPal account: enter your email address & password to log in to PayPal. Click on the 'Log In' button to be taken to the Review Order and Continue page.
b. Credit Card: click on the word 'Continue' to be taken to the credit card form: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
This will take you to the credit card form, which you need to fill out. You need to enter your card number, expiration date & security code. You also need to enter your full name, address, phone number & email address. After you have filled in the form, click on Review Order and Continue.

3. Send us Special Instructions (Optional)
Once you are on the Review Order and Continue page, check that your order information is correct.
If you want to, you can send a message to us by clicking on 'add special instructions to merchant'.
If you are purchasing ISBN or ISSN images (for a book or magazine), please enter your ISBN or ISSN number into the 'instructions to merchant' box (alternatively, you can email your number to us). We need your ISBN/ISSN number in order to create your barcode.
You will not need to give us any product details when you order a barcode: Your barcode is simply a unique number - it will only be linked to your product when your retailers enter your barcode & product information onto their computer system.

4. Complete Your Order
Click on Pay Now to complete your order & payment. PayPal will debit your credit card using your online authorisation. All your details are held securely.

5. You will Receive a Receipt for Payment
PayPal will send you a payment receipt via email. It will also send an email to us with details of your order.

6. You will Receive your Barcode by Email
You will receive your barcode order by email shortly after your order & payment is received by our team. We usually complete orders within hours of receiving them (on rare occasions it may take us a bit longer, between 1-3 business days).
Your email will include with your barcode number & invoice (along with your images & guarantee, if you ordered these too).
Your barcode images will be attached to the email in several formats (.jpeg, .eps, .pdf, .tiff & .bmp).

6. You can Start using your Barcode
As soon as you receive your barcode you can start using it straight away. You can either insert the barcode image into the artwork for your packaging (or magazine/book cover), or you can print it onto sticky labels.
When a retailer first receives your product, they either scan the
barcode or type the number into their system, & also enter your
product details, price, reordering info etc. After this, when they
scan your barcode, your product information appears on their screen.
If you are selling your product on Amazon, just type in your barcode number when you are listing your product on their site (requiring barcode numbers for products is simply a way for Amazon to keep a record of your product on their website, you will not need to put the barcode onto the actual product itself).
